Uwadiegwu has previously been charged with three counts of rape and three counts of gross sexual imposition. As part of the plea, the rape charges were dropped. Uwadiegwu is accused of assaulting two victims at two different facilities in Warren County. The former state-tested nursing assistant is accused of kissing, licking an nd fondling the breast of a woman who was a memory care patient under her care at Traditions of Deerfield. This report sparked a criminal investigation. According to tradition, Uwadiegwu was immediately removed from the establishment. He is also accused of having had sexual contact with a victim in Otterbein Maineville. The sergeant. Brian Hounshell, of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, said Uwadiegwu used a third-party app and healthcare staffing agency to get his job and continued to work at non-Traditions facilities during the l criminal investigation. These new charges all relate to the Butler County facilities and according to the indictment there were two alleged incidents – one in 2013 and another about three years ago in 2018. Uwadiegwu had previously been charged with three counts of rape and three counts of gross sexual imposition.
